FAQ 1

I’m worried the recovery system will harm or hurt my

make-up fluid do I need to be concerned?

Once you add MEK or Acetone fluids to your CF printer they will begin to take on water even without the Jet Advantage systems installed. The water comes in through the return gutter and venting systems of the inkjet units. This process of taking on water accumulates at an extremely slow rate. In fact the rate of water accumulation is so slow you would have to run the inkjet units constantly without having the jets on or adding fresh make up for weeks or months before the thresh hold of water is reached. Since the Jet Advantage System collects what is being exhausted into the atmosphere there is only a nominal collection of water. Ask your sales rep to provide lab results on the before and after the Jet Advantage is hooked up.

FAQ 2

Does the Jet Advantage System add anything other then

water to the make-up fluids?

No, The Jet-Advantage system only collects what the inkjet unit purges or exhaust into the atmosphere. We have found in most cases that the reclaimed fluid becomes cleaner because the system is closed and the fumes are lighter them air

FAQ 3

How long do I have to wait before seeing if the system

even works
?

If you are starting up for the first time make sure your return bottles are clean and all hoses are hooked up properly per manual. Ensure you have the power source hooked up correctly. After you have made sure all is ready turn power on. While system is powering up you will see the Amber and Red light come on along with the digital temp display. After about 10 min (CF Printer must be on) the temp display will start to settle in around -5 to -15. You then will start saving money. Please note that some fluid types will start to recover faster.

FAQ 4

How do I know my Jet-Advantage system is working?

Every Jet Advantage System comes with an ambient temperature gauge, a filter light, and an over heat light. The temperature gage will begin to drop once solvents begin to pass through the system. Once the system is working will the temp will be around -5 to -15 or better. In regards to the filer light if this comes on simply replace the filter or clean it out for better air ventilation. If the over heat light comes on unplug the system and call for service.
